As a complement to our team, we are looking for a

• Responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes at a specific station
• Ensuring the high quality and consistency of the dishes according to the house standards
• Proper execution of all cooking processes and appealing presentation of the dishes
• Creative collaboration in the development of new menus in close cooperation with the head chef and sous chef
• Active support in the training of our apprentices
• Compliance with hygiene and food regulations according to the HACCP concept of the Valens Rehabilitation Center

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Willingness for flexible work assignments including weekend shifts
• Team spirit, initiative, and creativity, combined with a sense of order and cleanliness
• Independent, reliable working style and high quality awareness
• Service-oriented attitude with enjoyment in guest contact
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
