Environmental Education Trainee for Cycle 1 and 2
16 August 2026 to 31 July 2027
The Wildnispark Zürich comprises the first nationally recognised nature experience park Sihlwald and the Langenberg as a scientifically managed animal park with native wildlife. Nature conservation, education, recreation and research are the central concerns of the Wildnispark Zürich Foundation.
Your tasks include:
- Preparing and leading school programmes for kindergarten to 6th grade in the Sihlwald natural forest and the Langenberg animal park
- Supporting administration and organisation within the school programmes team
- Creating teaching aids for teachers and managing materials
As an independent and team-oriented individual, you bring:
- Scientific or pedagogical training
- Fluent German
- Communication skills, openness and enjoyment in active contact with children and
adults
- Species knowledge is an advantage
- Physical resilience
