Property Manager - Solothurn (m/f/d)
Role:

Responsibilities:
You prepare rental contracts and handle the associated administrative tasks
You conduct apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections
You take on tasks in the accounts receivable area of property accounting
You organise and supervise repairs and renovation measures
You communicate with tenants, owners, craftsmen, and authorities
You coordinate ongoing management issues and service providers
You perform general administrative tasks within property management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in property management is an advantage
Further training as a property manager is desirable
Driving licence category B as well as an independent and well-organised working style
Very good German language skills
