Head of Facility Management (80-100 %)
- Establishment and further development of a centralised facility management in close collaboration with the users of the municipally owned properties
- Analysis, harmonisation and ongoing optimisation of existing structures, processes and responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of facility management after centralisation
- Overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of municipally owned properties (schools, administrative buildings, sports facilities, etc.)
- Responsibility for budget, cost control, procurement and resource planning
- Ensuring sustainable, efficient and legally compliant operations
- Participation in strategic projects (e.g. energy, sustainability, digitalisation) as well as preparation of reports and applications
- Basic vocational training with further education in Real Estate & Facility Management (e.g. Federal Certificate, Higher Technical School or University of Applied Sciences)
- At least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in facility management
- Experience in the further development of organisations, processes or services, ideally within the framework of centralisation or transformation projects
- Strong networked and conceptual thinking as well as great organisational and planning skills
- High implementation competence as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident communication in German and assured appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of CAFM systems and MS Office as well as a strong affinity for digital tools and systems
- Knowledge of public administration and procurement is an advantage
