To strengthen our team in the Cashier/Customer Service area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Employee Cashier/Customer Service, 70% starting on 01.08.2025 at the Zurich Letzipark location.
Your Responsibilities
- You ensure a smooth process at the checkout and provide a professional check-out service.
- You give our customers a warm welcome and actively approach them.
- You are responsible for processing and handling customer orders as well as promoting our Manor Mastercard.
- You contribute to a stylish shopping atmosphere.
- You assist the sales team as needed and provide our customers with specific information and advice.
- You manage and present the assortment in your area.
Your Profile
- You already have some experience at the checkout.
- You have a very good flair for numbers and are confident in handling various payment methods.
- You enjoy cash handling and have a feel for our demanding customers.
- You have a high level of commitment, are engaged, and motivated.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
- You are flexible and available according to the work schedule.
- You have a positive demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.
