Nursing with heart and responsibility: Strengthen our team in the canton of Aargau as a committed nursing assistant (m/f/d) with a 40-60% workload in the Birr / Lenzburg / Holderbank region – in private care, immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
• Care and support of our clients with various medical conditions
• Compassionate and respectful accompaniment in everyday life
• Ensuring high-quality care and smooth processes
• Independent deployment planning in cooperation with the Care Manager
• Active support of the team in daily nursing tasks
Requirements
• Completed nursing training or equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
• Several years of experience in Spitex or long-term care is an advantage
• Driver's license category B and own car
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Empathetic, reliable, and responsible personality
• High customer and service orientation
