We are looking for a
On-Call Operations Staff (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You look after and advise our guests with a friendly and professional manner.
- You support the daily operations in service, at the cash register, and in the break areas.
- You ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- You assist in the preparation and execution of catering, events, and special occasions.
- You take on general cleaning and tidying tasks as well as replenishing sales and consumable materials.
- You also support other Compass Group Switzerland AG operations as needed.
- Your working hours are between Monday and Friday, depending on the deployment schedule.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in gastronomy or sales.
- You work independently, reliably, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are flexible and willing to take on assignments according to the deployment plan.
- You have good German language skills and impress with a friendly and courteous manner.
- You bring cash register experience as well as an impeccable reputation.
- You are flexibly deployable for occasional shifts in the evening or at weekends.
