Job Description

You love beautiful hospitality as we can offer it, and you enjoy helping to shape our establishment and align it with the customer needs of tomorrow.

• This internship offers the opportunity to get to know the operation of a reception, as after careful introduction you will be deployed in both early and late shifts
• You are the first point of contact for our guests, answering questions and providing important information
• You carry out various administrative tasks, perform daily closings, and learn the reservation system
• Digitalisation is not a foreign word to you and you creatively contribute your own ideas and suggestions

Due to our small reception team, you will be able to fully enjoy working independently!

Qualifications

• You have a Matura diploma, have attended a commercial school, or have training in the commercial field
• German is your mother tongue and you are proficient in French and English
• You are a genuine front-facing person and enjoy being in contact with guests, service providers, and team colleagues
• You share responsibility for ensuring a high quality standard
