About the job
The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with disabilities. In the housing sector, we are looking for a new team member from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as
Care or Health Specialist EFZ as Floating Worker Housing, 60%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of clients in everyday life
- Health care and basic nursing of partly physically impaired people
- Work in all eight residential groups in the main building
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
We expect from you
- You have a qualification as FaBe or FaGe EFZ
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- Client-centred action, flexibility and tolerance are qualities that come naturally to you
- You are resilient and have good physical condition
- High social and organisational flexibility in dealing with different teams and working methods
- Irregular working hours do not bother you (no night shifts)
- You have very good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving licence
