For one of our clients, a company active in the watchmaking industry and based in Biel/Bienne, we are looking for a Management Controller at 80–100% on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The start date is immediate or to be agreed.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You will be involved in the preparation and monitoring of accounting closing processes, providing support at various stages of financial data consolidation
• You will participate in physical and analytical inventory operations of goods and resources, ensuring the reliability of the data collected
• You will contribute to monitoring the evolution of departmental budgets, analysing variances and supporting managers in managing their resources
• You will manage administrative requests for access to information systems, ensuring compliance with security and authorisation protocols
• You will prepare various management reports, including weekly summaries of turnover, enabling regular performance monitoring
• You will provide operational support to sector colleagues by assisting them in carrying out their financial and administrative tasks
  

You offer your new employer

• You have a qualification in economics or finance
• You have initial experience in accounting or management control, preferably in a structured industrial environment such as watchmaking
• You possess strong analytical skills and can clearly and concisely present complex information
• You communicate confidently, collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and also enjoy working independently
• You are rigorous, organised, detail-oriented and like to propose concrete improvements within your area of responsibility
