Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable IT support for employees as well as independent analysis and sustainable resolution of technical and application-related issues
Comprehensive support of the workplace environment including clients, mobile devices and production-related IT systems as well as management of identities and access rights
Supporting operational IT operations by monitoring central server and network components and actively participating in the further development of the system landscape
Continuous improvement of service quality through structured problem management, knowledge documentation, user training and coordination of external partners
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ or a comparable technical qualification with practical experience in IT support
Broad Microsoft know-how around Microsoft 365, Windows clients, Active Directory as well as basic server and database technologies
Experience in automating administrative processes with PowerShell; Microsoft or ITIL certifications are an additional plus
Analytical and service-oriented personality with high reliability as well as business fluent German and English skills
