About the job
YOUR TASKS:
• Customer consultation and management of a customer portfolio
• Technical advice and development of problem solutions
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Creating, maintaining and updating data in the ERP system and CRM
• Supporting customer acquisition and field service projects
YOUR PROFILE:
• Basic technical training, ideally in the field of electronics (e.g. electronics technician)
• Further training, e.g. technical business administrator or several years of professional experience in technical sales
• Good MS Office skills
• Enjoyment in selling and developing technical products combined with a high degree of independence
• Customer-oriented personality
• Assertiveness, initiative, commitment and curiosity
• Willingness to take on special operational tasks and projects
• Very good German skills, English and French advantageous
