Our profile
- Our family-run, rustic house with charm and a personal atmosphere in the Valais style offers a well-frequented à-la-carte restaurant with an international regular clientele in a prime location. The restaurant has 60 indoor seats and in winter an après-ski bar as well as 30 terrace seats in summer. We also offer three double rooms, whose guests we serve breakfast to in the morning. Our menu ranges from simple Swiss dishes to creations of classic, seasonal and regional specialties, as well as table-prepared beefsteak tartare and chateau briand. Our discerning and international guests in winter are as welcome as the hikers seeking relaxation in summer. Our offer is rounded off by a variety of selected Valais wines. Our team consists of 15 people: two in management, six in the kitchen, two housekeepers/buffet staff, four service employees and one all-rounder for service/buffet.
Your profile
- For these tasks we expect you to have completed training and several years of professional experience.
Experience, ideally also in a larger à-la-carte operation, is desirable. You speak German and English. Independent working, joy in your profession, a neat and clean appearance as well as flexibility and resilience are prerequisites. Being a team player as well as guest-oriented and friendly is a matter of course.
