IT Application Supporter (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will further develop applications in the IT environment and ensure they can be used reliably and efficiently. You are responsible for IT support and contribute to the quick and competent resolution of technical questions and faults. You use your experience to continuously improve existing solutions and optimally support daily operations. As an application developer & IT support, you take on a central interface function between applications and their users. Through your commitment, you ensure that the IT environment remains stable, user-friendly, and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st-/2nd-level support for clients, servers, network, and Microsoft 365
Procure, install, and manage hardware and software as well as conduct on-/offboarding
Design, develop, and operate internal applications and tools productively
Automate processes and develop interfaces between SAP, M365, and other systems
Ensure IT security, backups, documentation, and continuous development
Qualifications:
Practical experience in application development and/or operational IT support
Technical understanding of clients, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365
Experience with automation, interfaces, and integration of business applications
Knowledge of SAP and M365 environments as well as interest in end-to-end application development
Independent, service-oriented working style and enjoyment of direct interaction with users
