In the People & Organisation team, you are the first point of contact for our employees - mainly for our Cabin Crew Members - from onboarding to offboarding. You accompany them in all administrative HR matters and ensure that their Employee Journey runs smoothly.
- You are the first point of contact for our Cabin Crew Members and their managers – whether via ticket system, phone, or in person
- You independently manage the entries and exits, transfers, and promotions in SAP - including the issuance of contracts, certificates, etc.
- You take care of the correct registration and processing with our social insurances and authorities
- Thanks to your ideas and holistic thinking, you continuously help to further develop our HR processes
- If necessary, you take over the representation for your colleagues from other areas and conduct Welcome Day sessions
