As part of the documentation team, you help maintain our online knowledge base, edit training materials for the Vertec courses, and write release notes for our software updates. In addition, you assist with testing and describing additional features that can be integrated as standardized features at the push of a button into existing Vertec environments. Bring in your technical understanding and help take our documentation to the next level together with the team!

You know how to present technical content clearly and appropriately for the target audience.

You have an eye for detail and a high quality standard for your texts.

You understand what new features or changes to our product mean for our customers or what impact they have.

Putting yourself in the requirements and daily work of our customers is an easy exercise for you.

You are software-savvy, have no fear of contact, and possess very good technical understanding, so you can easily familiarize yourself with our ERP & CRM software.

Ideally, you already have experience documenting complex software.

You enjoy writing texts and are skilled in formulating technical instructions.

You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

You have a sense of and perseverance for precision and standardization processes.

You appreciate an independent working style and take matters into your own hands.
