Responsibilities
- You lead our external sales representatives as a role model and support them during their trips through targeted coaching.
- You ensure the implementation of strategic objectives and continuously advance growth in your sectors.
- You promote team spirit by regularly organizing district meetings and motivating/developing your specialists through individual measures.
- You actively maintain your network and work closely with our various customer contact points.
- You monitor and analyze the sales data of your employees and deduce the necessary development steps.
Requirements
- Completed professional training and further education in coaching or management with corresponding certification (business informatics, commercial engineer).
- Communication is one of your strengths. You consider feedback as an opportunity to reflect and improve.
- Passion for craftsmanship and sales and experience in managing and developing employees.
- You are curious and have the ability to recognize and analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Understanding of digital technology and openness to new technologies and new systems.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German; proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
