Your field of activity

• You take over the personnel and professional leadership of your construction site team, promote constructive cooperation and ensure a smooth process of all work
• You plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of all construction work, always keeping an eye on deadlines, quality, safety and costs
• Careful work preparation as well as planning the deployment of personnel, equipment and materials are part of your tasks
• You ensure that required materials are ordered in a timely, economical and correct manner and arrive on site in the required quality
• Thanks to clean, timely reports and exact measurements, you support reliable project and cost control
• All internal and legal safety regulations are consistently implemented by you and you ensure that your team always works safely and responsibly

Your foundation

• You have completed training in the main construction trade and ideally have further training as a foreman*in
• You bring several years of professional experience in construction execution, ideally in demolition, dismantling or earth and civil engineering
• You possess a strong sense of responsibility and rely on honesty, transparency and team spirit in collaboration
• With your customer-oriented, solution-focused attitude, you convince as a competent contact person and ensure the successful execution of our projects
