About the job

The team «Facilities Network South Engadin» consists of about 16 employees and is responsible for the construction, inspection, and maintenance of production and network facilities in our distribution network.

This is what you do

• Planning, coordination, and supervision of the maintenance of our facilities as well as ensuring quick and safe fault clearance
• Implementation of repairs and renewals as well as decommissioning in close cooperation and coordination with internal specialist departments
• Participation in projects as well as contributing operational requirements and regional framework conditions
• Personnel and professional leadership of the team including promotion, further development, and recruitment of employees
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, implementation of measures of internal processes (IMS) as well as promoting an active safety culture
• Continuous optimization of workflows as well as efficient and cost-conscious use of resources

This is what you bring

• Completed vocational training as a network electrician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, or a comparable qualification
• Completed further training as a network specialist (federal professional examination) or an equivalent higher professional education
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3–5 years) as well as at least 3 years of leadership experience
• Very good German skills as well as good Italian skills, other languages are an advantage
• Independent, honest, and responsible personality with pronounced professional and organizational thinking skills
• Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 1–2 days per week)
