For the three-year training to become a Health Specialist EFZ, which concludes with a federal vocational certificate (EFZ), we are looking for motivated apprentices from 9 August 2027 for our locations in Zurich and/or Rheinau (border to Schaffhausen)

Your Tasks
- Assisting with care and nursing tasks under supervision
- Building skills in communication, conversation management, and relationship building
- Learning administrative, logistical, and medical-technical activities
- Supporting people with mental illnesses in various life and crisis situations
- Contributing to the therapeutic environment, everyday situations, and activation offers
Your Profile
- Completion of lower secondary level A or good completion of lower secondary level B
- Very good German skills (level C1) and good understanding of Swiss dialect
- Strong motivation for working with people with mental illnesses and the diverse tasks in psychiatric nursing
- Mature personality as well as physical and mental resilience
- High communication skills, openness to new things, and enjoyment of teamwork
