Your Tasks
- Leading the areas of responsibility and managing the staff of the executive staff (Executive Assistance, Room Management, Reception/Information Desk)
- Interface management within the department for the areas brought together in the executive staff
- Coordination of overarching administrative processes of the department
- Leading and co-designing central, also strategic projects in collaboration with the management for the department (notably also in university-wide major projects)
- Handling catering issues for the department and coordinating infrastructure questions with facility management
- Committee work in the department and at HSLU (e.g. Sustainability Commission, LBK)
Your Profile
- Education or training in administrative, educational, or project management
- Several years of professional experience with independent processing and problem-solving for organizational, planning, and coordination tasks in very complex contexts
- Proven leadership skills
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with flexibility and high resilience
- Confident use of the German and English languages
- Enjoyment of contributing ideas, openness to new topics and tasks
- Responsible and quality-conscious work style
- IT affinity and musical background are advantageous
