Chef de Partie
A vibrant workplace in Aarauer Schachen, a company of the Balance family. The well-coordinated team of around 8 employees including apprentices is looking for you as Chef de Partie (m/f/d) in a 100% position by arrangement.
This is what you provide
- Production of freshly prepared daily dishes
- Independent management of a station
- Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
- Active support throughout the entire kitchen
This is what you fulfill
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
- Experience in à la carte in various kitchen areas
- Team player with an organized and structured working style
- Working on weekends and with room hours is no problem for you
- Good German skills (written and spoken)
