We are a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing company that has been producing in Ennenda in the Glarus region for 70 years and employs over 160 staff.
To complement our team in the Punching/Laser Centre, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an proactive person as
SPECIALIST PUNCHING/LASER CENTRE 100%
(Early and late shifts)
Your challenges
- Independent setup and operation of
- Independent setup and operation of punching and laser machines, especially the TM7000
- Setup and operation of the flatbed laser machine
- Processing from small to large series while adhering to quality and production specifications
- Performing first article inspection
- Operating and managing the high-bay warehouse
- Active participation in lean activities and continuous improvement processes
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient production process
Your profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally as a production mechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), or equivalent technical training with professional experience
- Experience in setting up and operating punching and laser machines, ideally TM7000
- Willingness to work permanent shifts (early and late shifts)
- Committed, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Independent, precise and conscientious working style
- Resilient as well as service- and solution-oriented
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
