Head of Customer Training (100%), Approx. 50% Travel

We are looking for a communicative and technically skilled individual with experience in network technology, IP networks, and customer training. You will inspire customers with practical training sessions, further develop training concepts, and take on the professional coordination of our international training department. Organisational talent, willingness to travel, as well as excellent German and English skills complete your profile.

Your tasks:

• Conducting customer training with a focus on the DACH markets
• Professional leadership and coordination of trainers in the EU, UK, and USA markets
• Support during training sessions in the EU, UK, and USA markets
• Development and implementation of training strategies in collaboration
• Designing course content based on the practical application of our products
• Administration of workshops

Your profile

• Higher technical education, HF or FH level in network technology or computer science
• You possess extensive social skills
• Practical experience in organising and conducting customer training
• Professional experience in planning, setting up, and analysing IP networks
• Very good knowledge of German and English; French skills are an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented working style as well as flexibility and organisational skills, both when travelling and in unexpected situations
