For the newly created position, we are looking for a FaGe or FaBe:
Team Leader Household & Care 60 - 80%
Your main tasks include:
- Leadership, organization, and coordination of a team of 10 - 15 employees
- Ensuring quality in household and care – including compliance with hygienic, qualitative, and quantitative standards
- Personal clarification of household and care-specific needs with our clients on site
- Participation in the further development of the household and care area, as well as in various projects
- Close cooperation with other internal departments and maintenance of external networks
You bring with you:
- Completed EFZ training in care (FaBe) or health (FaGe)
- Good MS Office application skills
- Spitex experience is a big plus
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration and service orientation towards the various stakeholders
- Enjoyment in developing and implementing innovations
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- High degree of independence and initiative
