For our client, a modern Swiss industrial company in the Cham ZG area, we are looking for an independent, technically strong and responsible personality as an Operations Electrician Plant Maintenance 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will take on a central role in the electrical maintenance of machines, plants and operational equipment. You analyse faults, look after electrical components, support optimisations and ensure that technical operations run reliably.
- Analysis and rectification of electrical, control technology and automation technology faults
- Care of control cabinets, controls, sensors, drives and electrical components
- Carrying out preventive maintenance work according to the maintenance plan
- Support with conversions, extensions, installations and technical optimisations
- Participation in commissioning, tests, functional checks and plant improvements
- Checking, adjusting and maintaining electrical diagrams, control documents and technical documentation
- Cooperation with production, engineering, maintenance, engineering and external service points
- Ensuring high plant availability and safe operation
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Experience in operations electrics, industrial electrics, automation, maintenance or technical servicing is an advantage
- Good understanding of electrical systems, controls, sensors, drive technology and control cabinets
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and systematically analyse faults
- PLC knowledge, for example Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, is an advantage
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics or mechanics is a plus
- Independent, reliable and structured working method
- Enjoy working with production, engineering and external partners
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness for day operation, on-call duty or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
- Completed training as an automation technician, operations electrician, electrical installer, automation fitter, electronics technician or comparable technical training- Experience in operations electrics, industrial electrics, automation, maintenance or technical servicing is an advantage
