In this versatile role, you represent the interests of the client in demanding infrastructure projects in the field of technical and electrical systems (50 Hz). Your area of responsibility includes platform systems, tunnels, railway technical rooms as well as buildings along the railway infrastructure. You take on the client role in multidisciplinary project teams and manage external planning and execution partners throughout the entire project lifecycle. You ensure that requirements regarding safety, quality, cost-effectiveness and sustainability are met. You will be supported by a committed team of generalists with a broad technical background, who will assist you in your onboarding and offer you a varied and responsible working environment. • You represent the interests of the client in all project phases – from strategic planning through tendering and awarding to realisation and commissioning.
• You are responsible for achieving the project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, safety and functionality.
• You manage and coordinate external planning offices, contractors and specialist experts and ensure efficient collaboration among all parties involved.
• You ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, legal requirements and client-side demands.
• You conduct transparent contract, supplementary and claim management and identify opportunities and risks early to initiate appropriate measures for successful project control.
• You act as the central interface between the client, project teams, authorities, operating organisations and other stakeholders.

• You have strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking. You act independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and convince through your communication skills and assertiveness.
• You bring several years of experience in project management, project control or client representation of electrical, energy or building technology systems.
• Knowledge of public procurement as well as contract and supplementary management is an advantage. You are familiar with the SIA performance and contract models as well as the relevant standards and guidelines in the field of electrical and infrastructure systems.
• You have a university degree (FH/ETH/University) or higher vocational training (HF, federal specialist certificate or federal diploma) in electrical engineering, energy supply or building technology.
• You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
