What your workday looks like
• You accompany our residents from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the daily atelier routine
• The atelier offers a meaningful daily structure for people who do not pursue external work or are retired
• You work closely with the housing departments as well as with external partners
• You support our residents together with the housing staff in projects, events, and in finding external workplaces
• Our 3-person team in team leadership offers a lot of freedom but also requires personal responsibility, professional ease, momentum, and humor
• What we do lives from relationship work – carried and shaped by us as a team
