About the job
The Ingenbohl Monastery, headquarters of an international community of sisters, is a place of encounter, togetherness and reflection. With great commitment and high attentiveness, the HR team looks after around 300 employees. Due to the expansion of the service offering, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a responsible, independent and motivated personality as a generalist:
HR Specialist 80-100%
Area of responsibility
- Collaboration in personnel administration, recruitment and absence management, preparation of work references and salary management with a focus on personnel administration and recruitment
- Evaluation of personnel key figures and preparation of reports
- Support of team leaders and employees in labour law matters and conflict resolution
- Participation in projects and contribution to the optimisation of various HR processes
Expectations
- Training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
- Many years of experience as an HR generalist in operational activities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Navision and Polypoint PEP
- Sound knowledge of labour law; networked thinking and analytical strength
- Strong service orientation, high social competence, solution-oriented action
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written form; proactive working style
- High commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience
