Polymechanic Turning-Milling Centre, 2-shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an experienced polymechanic to operate a high-precision CNC turning-milling centre in a 2-shift operation. In this position, you are responsible for:

• Independently setting up, equipping, and operating the modern CNC turning-milling centre according to technical specifications and production plans

• Precisely manufacturing complex workpieces with the highest quality requirements according to technical drawings

• Conducting quality controls and dimensional inspections with various measuring instruments during the production process

• Taking responsibility for tool preparation, management, and optimisation for efficient manufacturing processes

• Regular maintenance and care of machines and testing equipment to ensure trouble-free production

• Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (CIP) and implementation of 5S standards

• Programme optimisation to increase production efficiency and quality

• Flexible support and substitution for team colleagues as needed or during absences

• Documentation of work steps and quality results according to company standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic specialising in milling or turning

• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling and/or turning (Fanuc control and up to 5 axes)

• Precise and independent working style

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
