Polymechanic (Trainer CNC Manufacturing)
Activities
- Accompany training: You take responsibility for the training of
- Polymechanics EFZ – CNC manufacturing (1st–4th year of apprenticeship).
- Promote and develop: You specifically prepare the apprentices for inter-company courses,
- exams and final projects (IPA)
- Ensure organization: You take over the administrative support and ensure
- a smooth process from trial to final apprenticeship exam
- Support production: You set up 5-axis CNC machines (Heidenhain control),
- operate them and create CAM programs as well as CAD designs.
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Solid experience in manufacturing and CAM programming
- Training as a vocational trainer in training companies – technical professions
- A high quality awareness and a respectful, cooperative working style
