The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their farms. For the Volg store in Würenlingen, we are looking for a store manager (m/f/d) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
You will look forward to these tasks
- Leading the store staff and creating duty rosters
- Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
- Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
- Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
- Optimal stock management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
- Supervision, training and development of apprentices and employees
- Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated post office agency
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training in retail with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Very good German language skills
- High willingness for flexible working hours
- Independent and reliable working style
- High social and professional competence
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
