Plant Operator (m/f/d)
Role:
An established production company in Switzerland is engaged in the manufacture of products for daily use. The focus is on efficient production processes, reliable plant operation, and consistent quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring production plants
Analysing technical error messages during ongoing operations
Initiating appropriate problem-solving processes in case of malfunctions
Monitoring and documenting production processes
Ensuring smooth and quality-compliant production operations
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in the food industry
Professional experience in a production environment
Technical understanding of machines and production plants
Solution-oriented and careful working style
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
