Who are we?
The Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training EHB is the Swiss center of expertise for vocational education and training. We train and further educate those responsible for vocational education, research vocational education, develop professions, and support international vocational education cooperation. Our locations are in Zollikofen near Bern (headquarters), Lausanne, and Lugano, with external sites in Olten and Zurich.
For the training division in Zollikofen, we are looking for a
Your area of responsibility
- Competent and customer-oriented handling of inquiries from students and prospective students
- Independent processing of all administrative processes in the training secretariat
- Administrative and organizational support of the program management
- and lecturers
- Collaboration in apprentice support
Your profile
- Commercial basic education
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office programs (including MS Teams)
- Confident German and good French skills (B1)
- Strong service orientation
- High independence, initiative, quick comprehension with a focus on quality and accuracy
