Your tasks
- You ensure that the regulations on data protection and information security are applied and complied with in the Directorate and the assigned departments
- You are attached to the General Secretariat and take on the role of contact person for information security and data protection within the Directorate and the assigned departments
- You advise and support those responsible for data processing regarding the measures to be taken in these two areas
- You participate in the competence network within the cantonal administration
- You take on the role of contact person for questions regarding the use of IT tools in the General Secretariat
- You supervise risk management in the area of information security and data protection
- You jointly conduct data protection impact assessments with the administrative units of the Directorate
- You organise the implementation of security audits in these areas
- You are responsible for managing incidents in these areas
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in law
- Experience in the field of information security or data protection and IT services would be an advantage
- Proficiency in IT processes
- Project management skills
- Ability to clearly communicate complex matters, analyse, and think and work in a networked manner
- Proficiency in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language
