Our client is a broadly positioned law firm with a strong focus on commercial and business law, offering domestic and international companies, organisations, and private individuals a comprehensive range of legal services.
Employment type: fixed-term assignment until the end of the year with option for extension
Location: Zug

- You are responsible for the telephone switchboard
- You process and distribute incoming mail
- You handle various correspondence (emails, letters, contracts) in German and English
- You take on administrative tasks as instructed
- Working hours: Thursday and Friday full day

- Successfully completed commercial training or ongoing studies
- First professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and IT systems
- Confident communication in German and English
- Trustworthiness, discretion and communication skills
