Polymechanic: Turning and Milling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 85,000Responsibilities:
Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning and milling centres
Manufacture of complex individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
Selection and preparation of suitable tools as well as monitoring the manufacturing process
Optimisation of CNC programmes and adjustment of manufacturing parameters
Conducting quality controls with common measuring and testing equipment
Identifying and rectifying deviations during processing
Ensuring timely and high-quality production
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
Solid experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
Experience in setting up and operating turning/milling centres
Good knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment
Independent, precise and quality-oriented working style
Reliability, teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills
