Together with the kitchen team, you ensure a
balanced and varied catering for different groups of people.

We are looking for a

Cook 60 - 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

Our hospitality department, consisting of service, gastronomy, cleaning and services, ensures with its experienced staff that residents feel at home with us. We live service and thus make people happy. Our focus is on the residents and patients.

The Diaconis gastronomy prepares around 500 meals daily according to individual needs. A catering service, the public restaurant and our cafeteria complement the gastronomic offer.

Your tasks with us

• Preparation of a balanced and varied catering for different groups and occasions as part of a team
• Production of meals using the time-delayed hot-fill process in the production kitchen as well as specialised regeneration and special diet implementation in the satellite kitchen
• Ensuring the quality and refinement of the meals
• Practical supervision and support of our apprentices in the kitchen

You bring the following

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment in preparing fresh, healthy and varied meals
• Interest in modern production methods (Hot-Fill, Cook & Chill)
• Responsible, team-oriented and independent working style
• Openness to new things and enjoyment in contact with different groups of people
