About the job
The Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care medicine with its medical centre, acute care with its recognised internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).
We are looking for the Aubonne Hospital a:
Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80%
To strengthen our Unit 4 service in Aubonne, permanent contract as soon as possible or from 1 November.

YOU HAVE
- A HES Bachelor in nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, recognised by CRS.
- First experience gained in a medical, geriatric or rehabilitation service, an asset.
- Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate), flexibility and proactivity.
The ability to work continuous 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights.
- The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Good listening skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values
- Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient
Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a global therapeutic project
- Work in an interprofessional manner with the aim of quality care and respect for a holistic approach to the patient
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to continuously improve practices and ensure the good organisation of the service
