Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the monthly payroll runs including reconciliations and controls
- Processing and responsibility for payroll-related administrative processes
- Co-responsibility for the execution and monitoring of all administrative processes in absence management (accident, illness, EO, IV, parental leave, family allowances, etc.)
- Verification of absence records in the time management system Polypoint PEP
- Organization and coordination of the annual event for our retirees
- Contact person for all questions regarding payroll and absence management
Profile
- Commercial basic training with several years of experience in HR and payroll
- Specialized training in payroll and/or social insurance (e.g. social insurance clerk)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance system
- Experience with Navision and UKA-Solutions is an advantage
- High IT affinity and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and flexible personality with high social competence
- Independent, precise, and service-oriented working style
