- At eye level, you advise managers and employees in all HR matters in a solution-oriented manner.
- You recruit new employees for Veriset, focusing on your area of responsibility.
- You play a central role in personnel administration from A to Z.
- You actively participate in the monthly payroll processing.
- You are actively involved in projects and further develop our HR processes.
Your skills and talents
With your structured, responsible, and independent way of working, you always keep an overview and set clear priorities. You approach challenges proactively and with commitment. You think ahead, act purposefully, and with a positive mindset.
- You have completed training as a commercial clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ).
- You can purposefully apply your proven experience in personnel administration and payroll.
- You have completed further training as a personnel assistant and are interested in developing yourself long-term into a federal HR specialist.
- Your Excel skills complement your valuable abilities.
- You are confident in German and ideally also have some affinity for French. Chapeau!
