Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Profile Systems
Tasks
- Manufacture components using various methods such as turning, drilling, milling, sawing and grinding, both CNC-controlled and conventional
- Carry out assembly work as well as installations, commissioning and maintenance
- Produce and assemble systems from profile technology
- Perform quality controls, document them and ensure compliance with the highest standards
- Regularly maintain and service production equipment
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a polymechanic with a Federal Certificate of Competence or comparable technical training
- Practical experience in the manufacture of profile systems as well as in CNC and conventional machining
- Confident handling of technical drawings and their implementation
- Independent and self-motivated familiarisation with new topics and projects
- Proactive, curious personality with a sense of responsibility and strong implementation skills
