Plant and Equipment Builder, Stainless Steel Spare Parts Production

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing components and equipment from stainless steel
• Reading and understanding drawings, including tolerances and welding specifications
• Aligning assemblies (cold and hot straightening processes)
• Surface treatment (grinding skills required)
• Quality control of manufactured parts (incoming, intermediate and final inspection)
• Assisting with ancillary tasks such as spot and stud welding

Requirements

• Training as a plant and equipment builder or in a similar profession
• Several years of professional experience working with CrNi steel and aluminium, preferably in the construction of components and equipment
• Good knowledge of TIG/MAG and, if applicable, MIG welding
• Technical imagination
• Motivated, reliable and a team player
• Resilient and ready to work
