Tasks
- Actively sell firearms, optics, and ammunition via phone to dealers.
- Support outside sales with all administrative tasks and customer events.
- Manage orders, create internal reports, and process complaints.
Skills
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French/Italian is a plus.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Internal Sales Representative (100%) as soon as possible
Tasks that will challenge you:
- Active sales of weapons, optics, ammunition, and other accessories to firearms dealers and authorities / police forces via inbound and outbound telephony
- Support of the sales field service in all administrative matters
- Creation of dealer information regarding new products and stock items
- Internal control of order entries and system-technical initialization of order deliveries
- Preparation of customer correspondence and offers, creation of internal evaluations; handling of complaints as well as completion of general office work
- Central interface function between customers, sales field service, and other internal departments
- Preparation for and assistance at customer events at the Neuhausen location; participation in trade fair preparations as well as conducting internal company tours
Requirements:
- High customer orientation with enjoyment of both telephone and physical customer contact as well as strong enthusiasm for the core area "Sales"
- Native German speaker, fluent English skills mandatory; additional language skills in French and/or Italian are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) mandatory
- Sales-oriented attitude with pronounced communication skills, negotiation skills, and persuasiveness
- Team player with high initiative, organizational skills, problem-solving competence, and structured working method
- Previous knowledge in the areas of weapons, optics, ammunition, and weapon accessories is an advantage (but not a requirement). A clean record is required
