Aktive Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste am Schalter.
Bearbeitung von Reservationen und Gruppenanfragen.
Aktiver Verkauf unserer Erlebnisse, Seminare und Gruppenangebote.

Skills

Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
Du bist eine kommunikative und gastfreundliche Persönlichkeit.
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem Computer und offen für neue digitale Tools.

Your Tasks

Active advice and support of our guests at the counter

Telephone and written customer correspondence

Processing of reservations and group enquiries

Maintenance of customer data in our CRM (Odoo)

Assistance with administrative tasks in the internal office

Active sale of our experiences, seminars and group offers

Your Profile

You have a commercial basic education or comparable experience in sales, tourism or gastronomy

You are a communicative and hospitable personality with joy in customer contact

You work independently, carefully and reliably

You are confident in using computers and open to new digital tools

You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays

You speak Swiss German and have good German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
