- Assist and empower adults with mental and cognitive challenges.
- Provide practical support in daily activities and leisure.
- Engage in casework and develop support plans independently.
Skills
- Completed specialized training in social pedagogy HF/FH required.
- Experience in a similar field and psychological resilience needed.
- Possession of a Category B driver's license is a plus.

The Schlössli residential area offers accommodation for up to 23 adults with or without mental illnesses. To strengthen our day team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a curious and cheerful person who is eager to become part of a lively residential daily life.
Tasks to be done
- Everyday support and promotion of people with psychological and partly cognitive impairments
- Practical everyday and leisure support
- Key worker duties and support planning
- Responsible and independent working
- Administrative tasks that belong to professional care
What we expect from you
- Completed specialised training in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
- Professional experience in a similar environment
- Mental resilience, independence and the ability for healthy professional boundaries
- Driving licence category B (if available)
