As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for ambitious construction projects and lead your teams to success. Thanks to your proactive communication and sovereign contract management, you ensure that all obligations are met. You coordinate construction projects from planning to delivery and optimise costs, deadlines, and quality. Workplace safety and health protection are a given for you.

Your tasks are varied, stimulating, and diverse:

• Project management: you lead your projects and teams to success and ensure that all objectives are achieved.
• Communication: you are the contact person and ensure proactive exchange with all project stakeholders.
• Contract management: you ensure that all obligations arising from general contractor / total contractor contracts for planners and subcontractors are taken into account.
• Coordination: you confidently and insightfully manage construction projects from planning to delivery.
• Costs, deadlines, quality: you optimise and guarantee compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Safety: you constantly ensure workplace safety and health protection for all involved persons.

Your profile has the following characteristics:

• Professional training as a qualified architect, engineer (higher education, university of applied sciences or university degree), site manager, or building draughtsperson with project management training
• Construction is your passion – including tendering
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team spirit, and open-mindedness
• Experience in general contracting (GC) and specialised contracting (SC)
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other site management software (Messerli)
• Several years of experience in site management and building project management
• Very good command of spoken and written French (knowledge of German and English is an advantage)
