YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Installing, setting up, and maintaining IT workstations, devices, and peripherals
- Supporting users with IT questions and technical problems
- Receiving, analysing, and processing support requests
- Participating in the maintenance and management of IT systems and networks
- Documenting support cases and technical adjustments
- Complying with security, data protection, and IT policies
- Contributing to IT projects and rollouts of hardware and software
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Interest in computer science, IT devices, and digital solutions
- Enjoyment in interacting with people and supporting users
- Secondary school type G with good grades in Mathematics, Science & Technology, and English
- Good technical understanding and logical thinking skills
- Patient, careful, and reliable working style
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
