Debt Collection Clerk 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this position, you are responsible for the independent execution and monitoring of debt collection procedures for various pension and social insurance institutions. You process payment orders, post costs, and create as well as monitor repayment plans. Additionally, you issue payment confirmations and account statements and maintain regular contact with customers and debt enforcement offices. If necessary, you also support test work in AKIS within the scope of releases and patches.

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial basic training

• A flair for numbers and communication with customers

• Experience in the debt collection field

• In-depth knowledge of the debt collection procedure according to SchKG

• Good MS Office skills and a high IT affinity as well as willingness to familiarise yourself with our AKIS application and its processes

• Resilience even in hectic times
