This is the task
- Technical and personnel management of the manufacturing area with 17 qualified specialists
- Ensuring timely supply of production with high-precision spare parts for STIHL stamping tools, special machines, and other drawing parts while complying with quality requirements
- Consulting customers from production regarding manufacturability and design of the parts to be produced
- Close cooperation with production control, quality assurance, and design
- Technological and organizational further development of the area of responsibility considering the existing employee potential
- Responsibility for compliance with regulations on occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
- Technical training and supervision of apprentices
- Ensuring and continuously developing the high 5S standard
What we expect
- Completed basic mechanical training
- Further training as an industrial foreman, technician, or production manager (federal diploma, higher technical school or equivalent)
- Many years of experience in mechanical and/or erosive manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills and several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Communicative and implementation-strong personality with high organizational talent
- Cooperative, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Confident handling of ERP systems and enthusiasm for digital manufacturing processes
